Mintie... I have always believed that if a man really wants a woman he will go after her!!! I would have to say that the phrase "keep in touch" is not one in which I would put too much
"stock"!!! It doesn't really "beg" for a response! In my opinion it is often a polite way to end a conversation without any specific intention because basically all that one could and usually
does answer is "okay, I will"! My feeling is that if he isn't even bright enough to see that you are an amazing, beautiful and intelligent woman that should be strongly pursued..... Then he
doesn't deserve for you to grace him with your presence!!!!!

Hey, sparkly--very hard to answer this correctly. I understand your confusion because there are so many ways to interpret this particular comment. I would have to guess, without knowing more details, that this is maybe a way for a guy thats a little interested to let you know that without coming on too strong.
